Honest words from people who've sat in the chair, asked the questions, and lived with the results — some for more than 20 years.

Dr. House fixed my smile with veneers about 20 years ago. The care she delivered was unforgettable. I remember her saying she felt the work she did was art. I live in Virginia now but if I ever need cosmetic dentistry again, I'll travel to wherever she is.

Best dentist my entire family has ever had! The entire staff at Dr. House is professional, friendly and willing to do make sure that your visit goes well from the minute you walk in. Our cousins come from the East Valley just to be seen by Dr. House because she is gentle and so good at what she does. We have received the best care for over 20 years!

Dr House has given us her cell number after doing a procedure for our son. He had some swelling that night. and she came in on Saturday morning when the office was closed and treated him. She is the best dentist I have ever had.

Real patients. Real results.

Every case below represents a real patient who came to House Dental with a real problem. The photos show what changed. The captions explain why.

Case 01

Dental Implants

Patients who've lost teeth often arrive after years of managing with gaps, shifting teeth, and a diet limited to soft foods. Dr. House plans each implant case with cone beam CT imaging and custom surgical guides, working alongside oral surgeon Dr. Becker to place implants precisely where they need to go.

Case 02

Full-Mouth Reconstruction

When years of wear, failed dental work, and shifting teeth have compromised the entire bite, Dr. House rebuilds from the foundation up. These cases take time, sometimes a year or more, because each phase supports the next. The results aren't just cosmetic. They're functional. Patients eat foods they had given up on. Headaches stop. They feel like themselves again.

Dentures & Partials

Dr. House works with Robert, her in-house denturist, to create dentures that fit precisely and look natural. Every set is custom, designed in collaboration, adjusted in person, and built to function. The difference between a denture that works and one that sits in a drawer is the time and attention that went into making it.

Case 04

TMJ Treatment

TMJ cases don't always have dramatic before-and-after photos. What changes is how the patient feels. Headaches that lasted years stop. Jaws that locked open start moving normally. Teeth that were cracking under pressure stabilize. The proof is in the patient's daily life, not just the clinical image.

The cases behind the photos.

Real cases from House Dental. Names and identifying details have been changed, but the problems, the treatment, and the outcomes are exactly what happened.

Full-Mouth Reconstruction
“I've lost 30 pounds. I've put on muscle. You've changed my entire life, because I can eat.”

A man in his 70s had been losing teeth for years. One by one, they broke or were pulled. His diet shifted to soft foods. Yogurt, mashed potatoes, soup. He gained weight. His energy dropped. The remaining teeth started breaking faster because they were carrying the load of the missing ones.

Dr. House rebuilt his mouth over the course of a year. Implants, crowns, bite correction — each phase planned in sequence so the work would hold. He was frustrated by the timeline. He wanted it done faster.

Then he came back for his six-month follow-up and said those words. His front teeth had looked fine from the outside. Nobody could tell anything was wrong. But the transformation was total because the problem was never cosmetic. It was functional. When his teeth worked, everything else followed.

TMJ Treatment
“The headaches stopped. The teeth stopped chipping. The whole picture made sense once someone took the time to look at it.”

A woman came in with two chipped front teeth. She wanted fillings. A quick fix.

Dr. House looked at how her teeth were meeting and noticed something was off. She asked more questions. The woman mentioned daily headaches, the kind she'd been living with for years. She mentioned grinding her teeth at night. She mentioned holding her jaw when she yawned.

The chipped teeth were a symptom. The real problem was a jaw alignment issue that had been putting pressure on her teeth, her muscles, and her joints for years. Fillings would have broken again within months.

Dr. House started with splint therapy to stabilize the jaw. Then orthodontics to move the teeth into the right position. Then crowns to rebuild what had worn down.

Dentures & Partials
“Just make it so he can smile and eat. We don't want to spend a lot of money.”

An 85-year-old man. His family said he had maybe a year to live. His wife came with him and said those words.

Dr. House pulled the teeth that couldn't be saved. She made a partial denture. She bonded a few hopeless teeth to give them another year of service. It wasn't the most elaborate treatment plan she's ever written. It was exactly the right one.

It would have been wrong to recommend implants. He would still have been wearing temporaries when his time ran out. The right treatment was the one that matched his life — not the most expensive option, not the most permanent option, but the one that let him smile and eat for the time he had left.

That's what right-sized care looks like. Not every plan is a full-mouth reconstruction. Sometimes the right answer is the simple one, done with precision and care.

Diagnostic Imaging
“The problem wasn't mysterious. It just required someone to look in the right place with the right tool.”

A man with chronic sinus pain. It had been going on for years. He'd been to his primary care doctor, an ENT, a neurologist. He'd been to Mayo Clinic in Rochester. Nobody could figure out what was causing it.

Dr. House took a cone beam CT scan. The image showed wisdom teeth that had migrated into his sinus cavity. The teeth weren't visible on standard X-rays. They weren't something a medical specialist would think to look for. But with the right imaging, the answer was clear.

Dr. House identified the issue and connected the patient with the right surgeon to resolve it.

He cried because he could finally speak to his grandchildren.
