The team behind the whole picture.

Great dentistry is never one person — it's a team that plans together, works together, and treats every patient like the whole picture matters.

One practice. One team.

“It's a group effort.” — Dr. Allison House

House Dental is a solo practice with a collaborative model. Dr. House chose depth over volume, but she has never worked alone. Every patient is supported by a small core team in the Arcadia office and a tight circle of trusted partners who plan cases alongside her.

Your hygienist knows your history. Your assistant knows the plan. Your surgeon has seen the scans. Your denturist has met you in person. That's what a group effort looks like in practice.

The people you'll see at every visit.

Three people in the operatory. One shared way of working — slow down, look at everything, treat the whole picture.

Doctor

Dr. Allison House, DMD

Dr. House is a solo practitioner by choice, not because she works alone, but because she chose depth over volume. She has spent 24 years building a practice in Arcadia around one idea. Slow down. Collect all the data. Understand the whole picture before treating anything.

Her approach is diagnostic-first. Your first visit is two hours. She reviews your medical history, your medications, your sleep, your diet, and your overall health before she looks at a single tooth. When she does look, she looks at everything. Teeth, gums, bite, jaw, soft tissue, and how it all connects.

She is the youngest-ever president of the Arizona Dental Association, an ADA Delegate for 13+ years, Dentist of the Year, Mentor of the Year, and a Phoenix Magazine Top Dentist. She teaches ethics at dental schools nationwide and hosts The Authentic Dentist podcast with 113 episodes and a 5.0-star Apple rating.

Hygienist

JD

JD is the person you will see at every visit. She knows your name when you walk in, remembers what you talked about last time, and makes sure you feel comfortable before anything starts.

A good hygienist does more than clean your teeth. JD pays attention. She notices changes. She catches things early and brings them to Dr. House's attention because at House Dental, every cleaning appointment is also a chance to look at the bigger picture.

Patients come back to House Dental because of the team, not just the doctor. JD is a big part of the reason why.

Dental Assistant

Darby

Darby is Dr. House's right hand during every procedure. She anticipates what is needed, keeps things organized, and makes sure patients feel informed and at ease throughout treatment.

Working alongside Dr. House every day means Darby understands the diagnostic-first approach from the inside. She knows the technology, she knows the process, and she knows how to walk you through what is happening in plain language.

When patients say the experience at House Dental feels different from other dental offices, the calm and competence that Darby brings to the room is part of why.

The extended team.

House Dental is built on collaboration. Dr. House does not send your case to a lab and hope for the best. She plans with the specialists who will be involved, before anything begins.

Oral Surgeon

Dr. Becker

When a case requires surgery (implant placement, extractions, or complex jaw procedures) Dr. Becker is the oral surgeon Dr. House works with. What makes this different from a typical referral is the planning.

Dr. House and Dr. Becker plan cases together. She designs the surgical stent from her own cone beam scans and digital data so that Dr. Becker knows exactly where each implant will go before the surgery begins. The result is more predictable, more precise, and better for the patient.

This is not a handoff. It is a partnership.

Denturist

Robert

Robert works in the in-house lab. He makes your dentures and partials right here, not in a factory three states away.

That matters because it means Dr. House and Robert work face-to-face. They discuss your case, adjust the fit, and refine the final product together. The dentures are designed for your mouth, not manufactured from a mold and shipped in a box.

Your dentures are designed and fabricated here, not sent to a factory.

Most practices send lab work out. When something needs adjustment, it goes back and forth for weeks. At House Dental, Robert is down the hall.

It's a group effort.

Dr. House says this often, and she means it. The best outcomes happen when everyone involved in your care is communicating, planning together, and working toward the same goal.

That is how House Dental operates. Your hygienist knows your history. Your assistant knows the plan. Your surgeon has seen the scans. Your denturist has met you in person. Nobody is working in a silo. Nobody is guessing.

When you sit in Dr. House's chair in Arcadia, you are not getting one dentist. You are getting a team that has already been thinking about your case together.

Meet the team.

The best way to understand what makes House Dental different is to experience it. Your first visit is two hours. Enough time for you to meet the team, ask your questions, and see the whole-picture approach in action.
